  • What taxes are
  • How to vote
  • What political parties are
  • How to write a resume/cover letter/anything related to getting a job
  • How to write a check/balance a check book
  • Anything to do with banking
  • How to do loans for college
  • How to jump start a car or other basic emergency things
  • How to buy a car or house

I did learn to take standardized tests, though.

I find this funny because I learned most of this in Business Core and History. I’m pretty sure if I take some other classes, I’ll learn how to do the rest too. Don’t blame high school for shit you could have learned if you took the right classes.

I honestly wished they made these classes mandatory for everyone. It’s difficult when you’re a student in the sciences, because it leaves very little time to take classes on these. D:
